For strong profile connections – the new Automatic-Fastening Set 8 S
Good just got better! The patent-pending Automatic-Fastening Set 8 S is an enhanced version of the original solution. Offering particularly high axial load-carrying capacity, it also boasts an innovative thread shape that ensures an even stronger hold in Line 8 grooves.
To speed up assembly, Automatic Fasteners 8 S are screwed into the groove with their screws already fitted in place. The captive screw is secured directly in the sleeve and can be tightened straight away. This saves you a lot of time, especially when working with profiles that have closed grooves.
Two further variants of the new fastener make assembly work even easier:
– Automatic-Fastening Set 8 S 40: A T-Slot Nut with two threads and two Automatic Fasteners to make the construction of rooms and stands more straightforward and speed up the recommended approach of using these fasteners in pairs.
– Automatic-Fastening Set F 8 S 40: A T-Slot Nut F with two threads that is held in place by a grub screw. This screw also creates an ESD-safe connection between the T-Slot Nut and profile.

Rapid and reliable online configuration for enclosures and guards
Our new item Guard 8 simplifies planning and speeds up assembly for enclosures and guards. It creates solutions that meet and even exceed the requirements set out in DIN EN ISO 14120:2016. Comprehensive testing shows that Guard 8 can be designed to withstand impact loads of up to 767 Joules.
This modular solution consists of Guard Sections that incorporate posts and panel infills made of steel mesh, polycarbonate or corrugated mesh. Between the Guard Sections, you can fit Fixed Panels or Intersectional Panels that make use of the posts. Guard 8 is therefore exceptionally economical.

Space-saving indirect drive for conveyor belts
The indirect drive from item helps you make the most of the installation space around a conveyor belt. The corresponding motor fastening set can be fitted on the left or right side of the drive pulley, resulting in a discharge end that is only marginally wider than the conveyor line itself.

The motor fastening set for the item indirect drive uses a chain inside its casing to transmit force to the drive pulley for the flat belt or timing belt. Motor fastening sets are designed for a long service life. The Sprocket Wheel Set and Chain are easy to replace if they become worn.

Sustainable construction using WFC profiles from item
There are plenty of lightweight pieces of equipment in factories that don’t need the full strength of an aluminium profile. Our new Profiles WFC 8 combine the benefits of a standardised profile featuring Line 8 grooves with an innovative material that satisfies the most stringent requirements for a circular economy. They also boast a lightweight, environmentally friendly design.
Our sustainable WFC (wood fibre composite) profiles are made up of 75 percent PEFC-certified wood fibres and 25 percent recycled PE. The wood fibres are sourced as a waste product from the saw cutting industry. These profiles have a small carbon footprint over their entire lifecycle. Offcuts and old WFC profiles can be fully reprocessed and used to manufacture new profiles.

Profile WFC 8 40×40 and Profile WFC 8 80×40 are therefore in line with the cradle-to-cradle (C2C) concept. Due to its harmless ingredients, the material used by NOVO-TECH has been awarded a Gold Certificate by the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute B.V.
You simply saw our WFC profiles to length like wood. There is no need to deburr saw-cut edges or tap threads separately. As a result, you can build light-duty racks and tables directly on site without needing any special tools.

A whole new dimension in double doors
You can use the item Double Access Door to create large, sealed access points for cleanrooms and cabins. This makes it possible to move particularly tall structures and wide objects in and out.
The item Double Access Door can be opened and closed from both sides and is based on components that have been carefully coordinated for highly functional door solutions. Frame Profile Seal 10×4.8 ensures the door benefits from all-round sealing.
End-to-end compatibility means just a few specialised components are needed to build an inactive door leaf.
Since everything is compatible with item Access Door 8 and the item Building Kit System, just a few specialised components are needed to build an inactive door leaf. Door Profile 8 80×40 is a slim profile that forms the inside edge of this door leaf and acts as a stop for the active door leaf.
Either the strike plate for the lock on the Access Door or Flush Bolt 40 can be used to lock and unlock the inactive door leaf. When shut, the inactive door leaf of a Double Access Door is held securely in place by Flush Bolt 40 and Round Bar D10 M10, which anchor the door in both a Floor Strike D40 D11 and the door frame.

Demonstrating just how versatile signalling can be, a new mounting fixture enables you to fasten our compact M22 operating elements to any Line 8 groove. This gives you a great deal of flexibility when integrating switches for LED Strips, light fittings and other devices into profile frames and mobile applications.

Pushbutton M22 and Selector Switch M22 are preassembled and supplied with a connecting cable and M12 male connector. When using LED Strips, you can now choose between a PNP (positive switching) and NPN (negative switching) connection.
The new LED Strip RGB 24V PNP has a positive-switching connection. Connections of this kind are in particularly widespread use in automation technology. Our LED Strips with NPN switching are still also available in the item Online Shop.
