We can look back at a successful trade fair appearance at LogiMAT 2024 in Stuttgart. This International Trade Show for Intralogistics Solutions and Process Management took place from 19 to 21 March. We were there – and not only to showcase our innovative solutions for efficient material flow. Just as important to us was the opportunity to chat directly with trade fair visitors at our stand in Hall 5 to find out what’s on their minds and what sets their pulses racing. Ranging from a flexible alternative to small load carriers (SLCs) and an innovation for the item Conveyor Belt System to base frames and superstructures for driverless transport systems (DTSs, such as AGVs and AMRs), our solutions attracted a huge amount of interest and gave rise to inspiring discussions with our experts. Alternative to SLCs and live demonstration of the item Suspended Conveyor System
The new item Suspended Conveyor System was a particular highlight at the trade fair. Ideal for manual or semi-automated transport, this system is a simple, cost-effective and flexible solution for supplying materials. The system uses the force of gravity alone. Do you find components easily become entangled or take up too much space in SLCs? Then we have the perfect alternative – the item Suspended Conveyor System, which is suitable for materials with an individual weight of up to 5 kilograms. Simply suspend ESD-safe carriages from the item Conveyor Rail Profiles. The individual profiles, which measure up to 6 metres in length, can be flexibly combined. Made from Profile Tube System D30, these profiles are attached to a frame at an incline of 3° to create transport trolleys or frames with an integrated Suspended Conveyor System.
The railing system offers new and innovative possibilities for conveying, collecting together, funnelling and sorting materials.
Flexibility is also a key feature of our Conveyor Belt System. Choose from our large selection of components and put together your perfect combination of conveyor belt and drive. Thanks to our modular principle, we are continually expanding our range of solutions. For example, you can use our new railing system to transport everything from individual and bulk goods to small load carriers on our conveyor belts safely. The width and height of the railings are individually adjustable. The railing system guides the goods being transported directly along a low-friction aluminium profile. This system offers new and innovative possibilities for conveying, collecting together, funnelling and sorting materials. Flexible design of base frames and superstructures for DTSs
Driverless transport systems such as AGVs and AMRs are shaping intralogistics nowadays. Why not use automated transport to bridge long distances and take the strain off your staff? Of course, this calls for suitable solutions for picking up materials. Our solution consists of a mobile base frame and a selection of superstructures. All the base frames are compatible with the systems of well-known DTS manufacturers, and a standard interface ensures a variety of superstructures can be connected to them. We offer a whole host of options – from pallets and mesh boxes to custom rack solutions and complete assembly superstructures – so you can adapt the solution to suit your particular transport task.
